Dear Lyndee, The gentlemen from your company were at our home yesterday to partition our
master bedroom. We just wanted to thank your company for the splendid job done.
More specifically, those gentlemen were so professional, so capable and so
friendly. They did a fabulous job and we just can't stop admiring the partition
they created. Obviously we will be inclined to ask your company again in the
future when we have a home-work. I hired Chad and his team for several tasks, small to large. For small - he repaired weather stripping, put together a pesky DIY closet kit, and attended to a list of other homeowner jobs that are periodically and annoyingly necessary.
For large - he and his crew painted the exterior of the house It was flawless. The workmen were very attentive to detail and the project was completed just as projected. Chad was present to supervise and to assure the quality that he guarantees. After providing a fair and detailed quote, Chad's team took extra, personalized steps to accommodate me as their client. For example, when I was temporarily visiting doctors instead of running errands, they went out of their way to secure paint palettes from the community's General Manager, then came for an in-house consultation with me. appointment it was done with great ease. The service was on time, courteous and
well done. I even asked for things to be done that we had not arranged for and
that was done with no problem. I will definitely call Chad when I need things
done around the house. A JOB WELL DONE ! I was very pleased with the service. There was a slight misunderstanding about
billing, which resulted in a minor overpayment . This would not stop me from
using this company again. We have been using Chad's services for 2 years. We have found him to be
reliable, professional and creative in problem solving. Recommend highly I had chad and Scott come out to change some ceiling fans for us. They were both very good and gave me some helpful tips on some other problems I had. I am definitely going to use them in the future for our home and our rental property. I'll be sure to call with all future home projects & repairs. Called Chad for a small gutter repair job; he was very prompt, arrived on time; did the job very well in a short period of time. Based on this experience, I would recommend him for any house repairs you may need. He is very friendly and professional. I am planning on using Chad and his team for any future household repairs that may be needed. It's obvious that he is very concerned about the quality and timing of his work.
