Always come when they say they are coming.. Reasonable quotes and always so kind and helpful. That is the most important aspect.. Your company well.. you all are just so helpful and I do not feel so frightened when things go wrong and I call and I know you are coming out.. From start to finish, our kitchen renovation went as smooth and efficient as possible. From Lyndee’s help and patience choosing all finishes to the final punch list, we were amazed at the professionalism and high quality of the workmanship. From tile, cabinets, flooring – each stage was scheduled to minimize our being without a kitchen. Ryan came to our condo today to investigate a complaint from our tenant that the toilet was leaking at the bottom. Turns out it was coming from the shower. Ryan caulked the shower. I appreciate the job that Ryan did for me and his honesty about what the real problem was. Way to go Ryan. We have used this company before and have never been disappointed.

I found “Chad the Handyman” purely by accident and I am certainly glad that I did. A service company had come to my house and cut a hole in my garage ceiling to try to make a repair. Their insurance company sent Ryan from “Chad the handyman “ to fix the hole. From the minute Ryan walked in I knew he was a true professional who knew exactly what he was doing. He packed the hole and then said that he needed to come back another day to tape and paint it so that he could be sure that nothing was leaking again. I was very impressed.
I asked him what else he did and we proceeded to walk through my home as he made notes about other jobs that needed to be done. He was professional apply for your good work with and is coming back to spend a few days doing my handyman list. Thanks , Ryan.

I hired Chad the Handyman to do some work at my Ft. Myers Beach condo. Stucco walls needed patching, a door needed to be sanded and repainted, and an electrician ran cables for additional TVs. My point of contact was Alex, who kept me up to date with phone calls and emails. She scheduled the work and promptly answered my questions. Work was satisfactory and the price reasonable. There were a couple of communication problems, but I chalk that up to the fact I was in another state and could not always coordinate the workers and the condo management. In the end, I was very pleased with their service and will not hesitate to hire them again. They are often busy, and you may need to wait for an opening in their schedule.

After a “no show” from the ****** company, I called Chad The Handyman, a local company. The woman who took the call explained the fees, potential cost of parts, and the labor charges. Technicians Josh and Zach called 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to say they were on their way. They were on-time to the minute. They had the parts on the truck that might be required for my repair needs. They had two windows repaired and working well in an hour at the costs estimated in my initial call.
