Some buyers (about 88%) trust that online review as much as a personal recommendation from a friend or family member! Some bad reviews are inevitable though, and you realize that you cannot please everyone. But a bad review shows that you are not paying for your reviews, and how you respond to that nasty review shows the quality of person you really are.
