Chad – Owner and Operator

Ever since Chad was little, he’s had a strong desire to be creative with his hands.  That desire led him into the Construction field as a laborer at the age of 15.  By the age of 18, Chad owned and operated a remodeling company in Wisconsin which soon after evolved into a new home construction company.  During this period of growth and success he focused on continuing his education as well.  Chad acquired numerous awards and certifications including: Business Management, Customer Relations, Construction Math, O.S.H.A. Certification, Estimating and Blue Print reading and a Project Manager Certification.  While the business was doing very well in Wisconsin, Chad had a strong desire to relocate to Southwest Florida. “I mainly wanted to expand my horizons and bring my skills and techniques to a new area.”  Upon moving to Florida, Chad obtained employment with a well known multi-million dollar home builder as a Project Manager.  This ultimately cemented the idea of wanting to serve the members of his community with quality service at a great price.  Chad has almost 23 years experience in all phases of construction, and states: “what keeps me going everyday is the smile on the customers’ face when a job is complete.  When it comes down to it, I’m not satisfied until you’re satisfied.  I look forward to servicing your every home maintenance need!”

Chad is a proud supporter of the Southwest Florida Brew Crafters, since he has had a hand in many of the breweries in the area. When Chad isn’t working on his personal Honey-Do list, Chad likes to go hunting, fishing, making his own beer/cider, and root for his Green Bay Packers!

Lyndee – Owner and Office Manager

Lyndee originally thought Chad had a nice “hobby” when he first started with Chad The Handyman in 2009. Turns out Chad’s dedication to the success of the company had Lyndee eating her words. She graduated from Michigan State University with a BS in Interior Design, and definitely brings a design element to projects when needed. She enjoys helping clients select finishes or colors to bring the space together in a beautiful, functional, and cost effective way. On her own time she enjoys cooking, reading, and going for walks with the kids.

Josh – Director of Field Operations

Josh is one of our trusted service technicians. He comes from the Midwest — along with most of Chad The Handyman and SWFL! Josh brings that midwestern work-ethic to the company that makes him a favorite among the clients. Not only is Josh handy with tools, but he is a whiz with Technology — from Apple products, to PCs, and tons of different software programs. When he has free time, he enjoys working on his car and  spending time with friends and family. Make sure to ask for a few of his “Dad Jokes” when he comes to visit.

Ricky — Service Technician

Ricky came to us in 2017 with a spring in his step and sweet personality. He is extremely organized, and a wiz with door repairs, pressure washing, and assembling products or furniture. Ricky’s family is originally from Columbia and recently found a new love for fishing on our last Company Trip. When he is not helping our clients with their home-work, he enjoys working on motorcycles, riding dirt bikes, and spending time with his wife and son.

Allicia – Customer Service Representative

Allicia was born and raised in Northeast Ohio where she married her high school sweetheart. Together they have a little boy who is their pride and joy! The family moved to Fort Myers about 6 years ago and have enjoyed making this their new home. In addition to her position as CSR, she is a full time student studying for an accounting degree at Keiser University. In her free time, Allicia likes spending time with her family, friends, and of course her cats!
